We track your scores so you can see where consistency is paying off and where a new routine is needed. The starting score shows how your room looks at the beginning of each day, so you can tell how well things are holding up. The ending score captures the peak for the day, showing the impact of your efforts when you reanalyze a room after tidying it up.

Settlewood doesn't just give you a score. It looks at each zone in your room, identifies what's off, and suggests practical organizational solutions. Zones that are already in good shape get a simple thumbs up so you can focus your energy where it matters most. The Insights view tracks your tidiest spots and hot spots across all your rooms, so you always know where to start.

After you've tidied up, Settlewood helps you stay on top of it. The AI suggests daily habits based on what it sees in your rooms, and you can add them to your routine with a tap. You can also add your own habits based on your own observations and what you already know is working in your space. Habits are organized into morning, afternoon, and evening blocks and tied to specific rooms, so you always know what to do and when.

You can perform one analysis without a credit card, but after that you'll need to enter a credit card to get the full 7-day trial. This helps us reduce subscription costs for everyone by limiting the app to one trial per person.
If you've already cancelled, you won't be able to perform any additional analyses. Otherwise, your card will be automatically charged based on the plan you picked while starting the trial. This could be Basic or Pro and monthly or annual. If you chose Basic, you will lose access to the Pro features you saw during the trial.
Yes! If you're a person who has trouble remembering to cancel subscriptions you aren't using, you can even cancel right away after you sign up. This will let you still use the full trial period and then make a conscious decision to subscribe after the trial ends.
It's the Pro experience, except that some of the Pro features only really start to add value once you've analyzed the same room multiple times. The first analysis can show you what the AI can do, but the free trial is needed to really see all the benefits of using Settlewood.
Basic gives 50 analyses per month but Pro gives 200, which means you won't have to be as strategic about how you use your analyses and can even analyze the same space multiple times during a cleanup. Pro also lets you add room-specific context and uses the previous photo of the room to better track what you improved. The increased subscription cost reflects the increased running costs due to additional AI usage.
Every analysis uses AI to evaluate your space, which has a real cost each time due to AI processing and cloud infrastructure. A subscription helps us cover those costs and keep improving the service.
Privacy and information security are our top priority. Your photos are stored securely and are only accessible to your account. They are never shared with other users or used to train AI models. If we detect faces in an uploaded photo, we automatically blur them before sending the photo for room analysis. You can delete your photos at any time, and deleting your account permanently removes all of your data. We built Settlewood with the understanding that photos of your home are personal, and we treat them that way.
