How do I cancel my subscription?
On iOS, open the Settings app, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions and select Settlewood to manage or cancel. On Android, open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile, then tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. On the web, sign in at app.settlewood.app and open Settings to manage your plan.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for App Store and Google Play subscriptions are handled by Apple and Google directly. For App Store purchases, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play purchases, visit your Google Play subscriptions. For web subscription billing questions, email us and we'll help directly.
How do I delete my account?
See our account deletion page for step-by-step instructions. Account deletion is permanent and removes all of your photos, analyses, and history.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot Password and follow the steps. You'll receive a verification code at the email address on your account.
Troubleshooting
My analysis isn't loading.
Most analysis issues come from a slow or interrupted network connection. Try these steps in order:
- Check that your device has a stable internet connection
- Close and reopen the app
- Try the analysis again with a smaller, well-lit photo
- If the problem continues, email us with the date and time of the failed analysis
